A first order normally runs on the standard structure for this trade — a deposit to commit production, and the balance before shipment released against a passed final inspection rather than against "goods ready". For established customers and repeat programs we can discuss terms beyond that. What applies to your order is agreed in writing in the quotation, because it moves with order size, materials outlay and how long we have worked together. We would rather settle that in a real conversation than publish a number that turns out not to fit your program.

One person owns your program from quotation through sampling, bulk and shipment — not a shared inbox, and not a hand-off between departments at each stage. Seamless leggings, sports bras, tops and sets are knitted to shape on seamless circular machines in our own factory, with rib structures, compression, ventilation and support zones mapped into the knit. When a design needs panels, bindings or specific seam placement, it is made cut-and-sew on our own sewing lines instead.

Yes. Pilates sets, studio layers and athleisure collections can be developed around soft hand feel, four-way stretch, recovery, coverage and coordinated colors for studio, travel and everyday use.

The process normally moves from brief review and material direction to pattern or seamless-program development, prototype sampling, fit and construction review, color and trim approval, a sealed reference and then confirmed bulk production. Stock-program samples ship in 3–4 days; custom first samples are normally ready in 7.

Stock programs start at 100 pieces with mixed colors and sizes through our consolidation capability. Fully custom development normally starts at 300–500 pieces per style depending on construction and fabric. Exact quantities are confirmed at quotation — returned within 24 hours.

Custom first samples are normally ready in about 7 days, or 7–10 days for a new design that is not complex, depending on fabric availability; complex new designs are scheduled per design. One project standard follows the order across facilities. Materials, measurements, color, logo, workmanship and packaging are approved before bulk production, then monitored through milestone tracking, in-line checks and AQL 2.5 final inspection against the sealed reference by our own QC team.

Cost depends on the fabric, construction route (seamless or cut-and-sew), order quantity and finishing, so SEAMDANCE returns a full FOB quotation within 24 hours after reviewing your product. We quote a fair, real number rather than a headline price: an activewear FOB below roughly $3–$4 usually signals substandard fabric or corners cut on labour and QC, which you pay for later in returns.

Yes — $20 to $100, the lower end for a stock style with your branding, the higher end for a fully custom development. It is deducted from your bulk order payment. If you decide not to order, it is not refunded: it paid for the sample, which is yours to keep. Courier is billed separately. Sample lead time is 3–4 days for stock programs and about 7 days for a custom first sample.

Bulk takes 25–30 days for stock styles with your logo, hangtags and wash labels, 6–8 weeks for OEM custom production and 7–9 weeks for ODM development and production, counted from the order, payment and production files being confirmed. The date for each order is set on the quotation, returned within 24 hours, and tracked to the confirmed ship date, with final AQL 2.5 inspection before release. About 98% of our roughly 350 bulk orders in 2024–2026 shipped on the agreed date.

FOB is standard, and other Incoterms are arranged by agreement. Multi-category orders — activewear, swimwear, bags and accessories — are consolidated into one mixed shipment under a single delivery plan, so you receive one coordinated container rather than managing several suppliers separately.

Performance blends such as nylon/elastane and polyester/elastane give four-way stretch, recovery and squat-proof opacity, with recycled and cotton-blend options available. The mill and blend are selected per program against the stated performance target — support, opacity, hand feel and recovery — and confirmed on the sampled garment before bulk.

Yes. Custom Pantone colours are matched by lab dip and approved against your reference before bulk production. Custom-colour programs normally start at 300–500 pieces per style per colour, while stock colours are available from 100 pieces with mixed colours and sizes.

Yes — recycled polyester and nylon and organic-cotton blends are available. Certifications such as GRS, GOTS and OEKO-TEX® are held at facility level by the partner mill or factory; we verify the certificate holder, scope and current validity per project and place the order inside an in-scope facility, rather than presenting partner certificates as our own.

Yes. Support and compression come from a high-elastane, high-recovery blend and the construction together — seamless zone-mapping or engineered panels — not fabric alone. We brief the target support level and fit-test it on the sampled garment before bulk, rather than assuming it.
