A first order normally runs on the standard structure for this trade — a deposit to commit production, and the balance before shipment released against a passed final inspection rather than against "goods ready". For established customers and repeat programs we can discuss terms beyond that. What applies to your order is agreed in writing in the quotation, because it moves with order size, materials outlay and how long we have worked together. We would rather settle that in a real conversation than publish a number that turns out not to fit your program.

One person owns your program from quotation through sampling, bulk and shipment — not a shared inbox, and not a hand-off between departments at each stage. The person answering your question in week nine already knows what was decided in week one, and there is one name accountable when something has to be fixed. Development and quality-control support sits behind them; the responsibility does not move.

Yes. A private label program can include a custom or customized logo, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, care labels, hangtags, packaging, custom colors, trims and other brand-specific details after technical review.

OEM production begins with the buyer’s design, tech pack or approved specification. ODM development begins with a product direction and adds material, construction and collection-development support before the most suitable production route is assigned.

Yes. We can coordinate seamless development with production partners that map rib structures, compression, ventilation and support zones into leggings, sports bras, tops and sets. Cut-and-sew partners are selected when the design needs panels, bindings or specific seam placement.

Cost depends on the fabric, construction route (seamless or cut-and-sew), order quantity and finishing, so SEAMDANCE returns a full FOB quotation within 24 hours after reviewing your product. We quote a fair, real number rather than a headline price: an activewear FOB below roughly $3–$4 usually signals substandard fabric or corners cut on labour and QC, which you pay for later in returns.

A sample fee normally applies to cover material and development time. The exact fee, and whether it is credited against your first bulk order, are confirmed at quotation together with the sample lead time — 3–4 days for stock programs and about 7 days for a custom first sample.

Bulk lead time depends on quantity, construction and fabric availability and is confirmed on the quotation, which is returned within 24 hours. Once production starts, milestones are tracked to a confirmed ship date, with final AQL 2.5 inspection before release and, on our own delivery records, 98% on-time delivery across the partner network.

FOB is standard, and other Incoterms are arranged by agreement. Multi-category orders — activewear, swimwear, bags and accessories — are consolidated into one mixed shipment under a single delivery plan, so you receive one coordinated container rather than managing several suppliers separately.

Performance blends such as nylon/elastane and polyester/elastane give four-way stretch, recovery and squat-proof opacity, with recycled and cotton-blend options available. The mill and blend are selected per program against the stated performance target — support, opacity, hand feel and recovery — and confirmed on the sampled garment before bulk.

Yes — recycled polyester and nylon and organic-cotton blends can be sourced through partner facilities. Certifications such as GRS, GOTS and OEKO-TEX® are held at facility level by the partner mill or factory; we verify the certificate holder, scope and current validity per project and place the order inside an in-scope facility, rather than presenting partner certificates as our own.

Yes. Support and compression come from a high-elastane, high-recovery blend and the construction together — seamless zone-mapping or engineered panels — not fabric alone. We brief the target support level and fit-test it on the sampled garment before bulk, rather than assuming it.

Yes, both. Appoint SGS, BV, TÜV or any inspection firm you prefer and we arrange access to the facility running your program, with findings reported straight to you rather than through us. Or come to Xiamen and see the line yourself. A supplier who refuses every verification route is telling you something; refusing to publish a factory list while opening the factory to your auditor is a different thing entirely.

Yes — the same facility, on the same approved line, against the same sealed sample. Reorders skip the sampling calendar for exactly that reason. If capacity, a closure or a discontinued material forces a move, you hear it before the order is placed and the new line re-samples against your standard before bulk runs.
