The information on this site — including product descriptions, lead times, minimum order quantities, certifications and any indicative pricing — is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer and does not, on its own, form a contract.

Quotations and orders

The binding terms for a project — specification, minimum order quantity, price, lead time, inspection standard, payment and delivery — are agreed in a written quotation and order confirmation for that project. Where the website and a written agreement differ, the written agreement governs.

Stock private-label programs typically start from a minimum of 100 pieces, and custom development from 300 to 500 pieces per style; the figure that applies to your order is confirmed in writing.

Certifications and partner facilities

SEAMDANCE is a sourcing and supply-chain management company: it coordinates independent specialist factories, mills and dye houses rather than owning production itself.

Any certification referenced in connection with a program — for example OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS or BSCI — is held by the relevant partner facility, not by SEAMDANCE. We confirm the certificate holder, scope and validity for the specific facility before an order is placed.

Quality and remedies

Orders are inspected against an agreed sealed reference sample, normally to an AQL of 2.5 for major defects, before shipment. Goods that fail inspection are held and corrected before they ship, and any issue identified after arrival is reviewed against the same sealed standard and resolved.

The specific remedy — rework, replacement, discount or another agreed outcome — for a given order is set out in its written agreement.

Your materials and ours

Your brand assets, designs, tech packs and other materials you send us remain yours, and we use them only to develop and produce your order. The text, images and video on this website remain the property of SEAMDANCE.

Neither party may use the other's name or trade marks without written consent.

Governing law

These terms, and any quotation or order made under them, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Xiamen, Fujian have jurisdiction, unless a written agreement between us states otherwise.
