Private label activewear
Your label, resolved from product to packaging.
What buyers need to know
What a first private-label program needs to decide.
A private label activewear supplier route for brands that need a differentiated collection without building every technical decision from zero.
Low-MOQ manufacturers, in the units they actually use
Published minimums run from 50 pieces to 3,000 — and the unit changes the number completely. What the small figures attach to, and what they cost you.
Read the guide 02Small first order — real identity
“I can make less. I can’t make something that has no identity of its own.” That sentence starts more private label programs than any tech pack — and it is exactly the problem this route exists to solve.
Read the case01 · Free logo mockup first
Your logo goes onto the chosen product digitally before anything is sampled — placement, scale and method agreed on screen, at no cost.
02 · Choose the product base
500 ready-to-develop styles across leggings, bras, tops, jackets, sets, tennis and men’s — each with colorways, materials and MOQ listed.
Open the catalogue03 · Set the brand language
Fit direction, fabric hand feel, lab-dip color matched to your Pantone reference, logo placement, labels and packaging — resolved as one decision set.
04 · Approve a real sample
Review the garment in motion before bulk materials and standards are locked. Stock samples in 3–4 days; custom first samples normally in 7.
05 · Scale with one reference
The approved sample becomes the sealed standard. Reorders follow the same product, color and workmanship reference — no re-explaining.
Read the caseHow we de-risk a first order
A free logo mockup before sampling, so you see placement and scale before spending anything. Sample fees are credited back against your first bulk order. And if a fault is ours, we re-make it at our cost. Those are the terms a first program deserves.
Logo durability is tested, not assumed
“The whole garment is excellent — and one lifting logo can cheapen all of it.” Method and placement are wash- and stretch-tested on the actual fabric before bulk approval.

01What is the minimum for a private label order?
Stock programs start at 100 pieces per style with colors and sizes mixed. Fully custom development normally runs from 300–500 pieces per style.
02Which logo methods are available?
Screen print, heat transfer, silicone and embroidery. The method is chosen per fabric and placement, and agreed on a digital mockup before sampling.
03Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Lab dips are matched to your Pantone reference and approved side by side under the same lighting before bulk dyeing — that discipline is what keeps sets and reorders consistent.
04What branding beyond the logo is covered?
Main and care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton marks are resolved together with the garment, so the delivered order is retail-ready.
05Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. A reference garment and a target price are a normal starting point — quotation comes back within 24 hours either way.
