How We Vet an Activewear Manufacturing Partner
These three figures are SEAMDANCE’s own operating record since 2018. They are not audited by a third party, and we do not present them as if they were. What an outside party can check is the work itself — see what you can verify, below.
What buyers need to know
How a production partner earns a place in the route.
SEAMDANCE is the buyer-side trading and supply chain management team. We qualify and coordinate independent activewear factories, fabric suppliers, trim suppliers and packing partners for development, approvals, quality control and delivery.
Seamless: the machine count is the qualification
Which manufacturers publish their fleet and models, why seamless minimums run higher, and the one question that gets a checkable answer.
Read the guide 02Sixteen China activewear manufacturers, in their own words
MOQ, certification as each company presents it, seamless capability — checked against their own sites. No ranking; SEAMDANCE is not on the list.
Read the comparisonCapability matching
Product category, construction, machinery, MOQ, target cost and material availability define the shortlist.
Facility-specific proof
Compliance documents, certificate scope, validity and production address are reviewed for the selected facility.
One approval standard
Materials, measurements, color, logo, workmanship and packaging are locked before bulk production.
Visible production milestones
Sampling, approvals, bulk progress, inspection, packing and shipment risks stay on a single working calendar.

What you can verify, and how
A managed network raises a fair question: if SEAMDANCE is not the factory, how much can you actually check? Here is the honest answer to each part of it. We keep facility identities private — those relationships are what we have spent since 2018 building, and handing over the list is handing over the business. We refuse no verification route.
| What buyers ask | Our answer | How it works in practice |
|---|---|---|
| “Which factory makes my product?” | We do not publish or hand over facility names and addresses. | The qualified network is the asset we are paid to have built. Naming it is the one thing we hold back — and the only one. |
| “Can I audit the factory?” | Yes — by your own auditor, or in person. | Commission SGS, BV, TÜV or any firm you choose and we arrange access, or come to Xiamen and visit the line running your order. Audit findings go to you, not through us. |
| “Will my reorder run at the same factory?” | Yes, at the same facility on the same approved line. | If capacity, closure or a discontinued material forces a move, you hear it before the order is placed and the new line re-samples against your sealed standard. |
| “What if I want the factory direct?” | For a single simple style at scale, go direct — we will say so. | One product, one factory, thousands of units and a mature tech pack is a case where a coordination layer earns less than it costs. We are worth paying for across categories, not against one. |
What supplier qualification records
| Review area | What we verify | What the buyer receives |
|---|---|---|
| Production fit | Product category, construction route, machinery, achievable MOQ and material availability | A shortlist tied to the actual product brief — not a generic factory list |
| Facility evidence | Production address, document holder, certificate scope and current validity | Evidence connected to the facility selected for the program |
| Sample standard | Material, measurements, color, logo, workmanship and packaging against the approved reference | One sealed standard for bulk production and inspection |
| Delivery control | Sampling, approvals, bulk progress, inspection, packing and shipment readiness | A shared milestone plan with risks raised before release |
