Who we are

SEAMDANCE is a gym wear, activewear, yoga wear and sportswear manufacturer in Xiamen, China. With our own factory and a one-stop service, we take a whole range from development to delivery — leggings, sports bras, tops, shorts, sets, seamless styles, jackets and hoodies, swimwear, tennis wear, bags, yoga mats and accessories. One order, one quality standard, one team accountable for all of it.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form or email us, that is typically your name, your company, your work email and the project details or files you include. A form submission also carries the page it was sent from, the page where you first entered the site and the address of the site that referred you here (a search engine or an AI assistant, for example) — this tells us which channels bring buyers to SEAMDANCE, arrives only when you choose to submit, and is never used to follow you across the web.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not follow you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of you or buy personal data about you from third parties.

To see how many visits each page receives and which sites or AI assistants send them, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, it does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or browser, and it gives us aggregate counts only — not a record of who you are.

We also count actions such as opening an enquiry form, completing a step, opening the catalogue and clicking WhatsApp. These counters use the page path, action and broad device type only. They contain no email, project text or query strings, use no persistent visitor identifier, and respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Short-lived security counters help limit automated requests.

If you request our style catalogue, we ask for your work email and your company or brand, and usually your name, so we can share the catalogue link and follow up once about your project. This information is handled exactly like an enquiry — same storage, same retention, same rights.

Your browser also keeps a few small notes on your own device: the styles you add to a quote list, whether you have closed the catalogue prompt (so it does not reappear for seven days) and whether you have already sent us a form. They are not cookies. When you submit a form, it includes the page you sent it from and the first page and referring site of your visit, so we know what brought you to us; otherwise nothing in these notes reaches us.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information for one purpose: to review your enquiry, prepare a quotation and correspond with you about a potential or ongoing order — that is, to take steps at your request before and during a business relationship.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that host our website and operate our email on our behalf, and — if your project proceeds to an order — with the specific mills, factories, testing laboratories and logistics providers needed to fulfil it, under an expectation of confidentiality.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you. If an order proceeds, we keep the related records for as long as required to manage the order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Website submissions and their attachments are saved in a restricted delivery record before email notification is attempted, so a temporary email outage does not lose your request. Failed notifications can be retried; this does not mean an email was delivered or read.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order at any time.

International transfer

We operate from China and work with brands and partners worldwide. Information you send us may therefore be processed in China and in the other countries involved in your project.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete the information you have sent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and without charge for a routine request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable law change. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
