Who we are

SEAMDANCE is an activewear sourcing and supply-chain management company based in Xiamen, Fujian, China, operating since 2018. We coordinate independent specialist factories, mills and dye houses on behalf of the brands we work with.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form or email us, that is typically your name, your company, your work email and the project details or files you include. A form submission also carries the page it was sent from, the page where you first entered the site and the address of the site that referred you here (a search engine or an AI assistant, for example) — this tells us which channels bring buyers to SEAMDANCE, arrives only when you choose to submit, and is never used to follow you across the web.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track your browsing, and we do not build a profile of you or buy personal data about you from third parties.

If you request our style catalogue, we ask for your name, work email and (optionally) company so we can share the catalogue link and follow up once about your project. This information is handled exactly like an enquiry — same storage, same retention, same rights.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information for one purpose: to review your enquiry, prepare a quotation and correspond with you about a potential or ongoing order — that is, to take steps at your request before and during a business relationship.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that host our website and operate our email on our behalf, and — if your project proceeds to an order — with the specific partner facilities, testing laboratories and logistics providers needed to fulfil it, under an expectation of confidentiality.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you. If an order proceeds, we keep the related records for as long as required to manage the order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an order at any time.

International transfer

We operate from China and work with brands and partners worldwide. Information you send us may therefore be processed in China and in the other countries involved in your project.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete the information you have sent, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and without charge for a routine request.

We may update this policy as our services or the applicable law change. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
