Sets as a system
Studio customers buy outfits. Set development approves legging, bra and layer fabrics together — same lab-dip lighting, same color standard — and coordinates rib details, label placement and packaging so the collection reads as one considered system rather than assembled pieces.
Layers and studio-to-street
Wrap tops, flared pants, oversized layers and light knits extend the set into arrival-and-departure wear. These athleisure-adjacent pieces often run different fabrics and sometimes different factories — consolidated under the same project team, approval calendar and shipment plan.
Quantities and calendar
Stock studio programs start at 100 pieces with mixed colors and sizes; custom sets normally from 300–500 pieces per style. Quotations return within 24 hours, stock samples in 3–4 days, custom first samples around 7 — and every shipment passes AQL 2.5 final inspection by our own QC team.
Finding a manufacturer for matching sets
A set fails when its pieces do not match: two fabrics dyed in different lots, or a bra and legging made in different factories to different shades. Look for a manufacturer that can dye the set’s fabrics together or approve them against one shade standard, and state fabric weight as a specification — a 260 gsm shorts set, for example, is a weight you verify on a test report, not an adjective. Stock programmes start at 100 pieces with samples in 3–4 days; custom development usually starts at 300–500 pieces per style, with a first sample in about 7 days once fabric is agreed.
Lab dips and colour approvalWhat you can actually customize
Stock programs from 100 pieces: color from the developed range, your logo method, main and care labels, hangtags, polybag and carton marks. Custom development from 300–500 pieces per style adds fabric platform and weight, color matched to your Pantone reference, pattern and panel lines, waistband and trim construction, size chart and grading. Before you commit we tell you which side of that line a given change falls on — that is usually where the budget is won or lost.
How we de-risk a first order
A free logo mockup before sampling, so you see placement and scale before spending anything. Sample fees are credited back against your first bulk order. And if a fault is ours, we re-make it at our cost. Those are the terms a first program deserves.
What we need before we can quote
A category, a rough quantity per style and a launch date are enough to get a number back within 24 hours. Tech pack, fabric specification or a reference sample shorten the process if you have them. If you have none of it, that is a normal starting point rather than a problem — a reference garment and a target price is where most first collections begin.

03Do you support small first orders for studio brands?
Stock programs from 100 pieces exist exactly for boutique studios and new labels; custom development from 300–500 pieces per style follows once demand is proven.
04Can one manufacturer make every piece of an activewear set?
Our own factory sews yoga-wear sets using leggings or shorts, sports bras and short-sleeve tees, and jackets to layer over them. Seamless pieces are knitted in our own factory too, and other categories in the same set come through our one-stop service. Cut-and-sew fabrics are knitted and dyed by our partner mills, colour-approved together, and checked to one inspection standard.
