Light support for yoga and Pilates runs compression-style construction and strappy backs. Medium adds firmer bands and wider straps for gym floor work. High support for running means structured bands, adjustable straps and encapsulation or heavy compression — engineering a strappy back cannot deliver. We brief and test against the stated level, on film.

Most support comes from the underband, not the straps. Fit review checks the band stays level through overhead reach, does not ride up, and holds without gasp-tight pressure — then a filmed 30-second jump or jog set makes bounce control visible before you approve anything.
Fabric and lining choices
Shell fabrics balance hand feel with modulus by support level; powernet linings and bonded under-layers add structure where the design needs it. Removable pads, molded cups or sewn-in options are specified with the pattern, and matching-set colors are approved together with the legging fabric.
Seamless and cut-and-sew bras
Seamless routes produce beautiful light-to-medium studio bras with mapped ventilation. Structured medium-to-high support is cut-and-sew territory with precise panel engineering. As with leggings, each style is placed with the specialist partner whose machinery and experience fit the construction.
Sizing strategy and quantities
Alpha sizing (XS–XL) suits light and medium lines; serious high-support positioning eventually needs band/cup logic or extended alpha with graded elastics — decided before pattern work. Stock bra programs start at 100 pieces mixed; custom from 300–500 per style with quotation in 24 hours and AQL 2.5 final inspection.

Stock programs from 100 pieces: color from the developed range, your logo method, main and care labels, hangtags, polybag and carton marks. Custom development from 300–500 pieces per style adds fabric platform and weight, color matched to your Pantone reference, pattern and panel lines, waistband and trim construction, size chart and grading. Before you commit we tell you which side of that line a given change falls on — that is usually where the budget is won or lost.
How we de-risk a first order
A free logo mockup before sampling, so you see placement and scale before spending anything. Sample fees are credited back against your first bulk order. And if a fault is ours, we re-make it at our cost. Those are the terms a first program deserves.
What we need before we can quote
A category, a rough quantity per style and a launch date are enough to get a number back within 24 hours. Tech pack, fabric specification or a reference sample shorten the process if you have them. If you have none of it, that is a normal starting point rather than a problem — a reference garment and a target price is where most first collections begin.
