Compression
Compression activewear, developed not assumed.
What buyers need to know
What makes compression actually compress.
Compression leggings, tops, sleeves and base layers built with four-way stretch and zone-mapped construction that holds measured compression through movement — developed and fit-tested, not just labelled.
Fabric power plus construction
Compression is a function of a high-elastane, high-recovery blend and the construction together — seamless zone-mapping or engineered panels — not fabric alone. We develop and fit-test the level, not assume it.
Fabric and construction 02The right route per piece
Seamless knitting suits mapped rib and compression zones in one garment; bonded or flatlock cut-and-sew suits panelled compression. We match the route to the piece.
Seamless route 03One approval standard
Measured against a sealed sample before bulk, with AQL 2.5 final inspection — the same standard as every program.
Quality standardWhat a compression-wear manufacturer should be able to show
Compression is a measurable property, so a capable manufacturer should talk in data rather than adjectives: the fabric’s power and recovery figures, how compression is graded by panel and size, and how stretch and recovery are tested before and after washing. Ask for a previous compression style with its test report, how they fit on bodies rather than forms, and whether the knitting or bonding happens in-house. A factory that cannot say what level of compression a garment delivers is guessing.

01Do you manufacture compression activewear?
Yes — compression leggings, tops, sleeves and base layers, built with four-way stretch fabric and construction that holds measured compression through movement. Seamless knitting and bonded or flatlock construction both suit compression depending on the piece.
02What fabric and construction give real compression?
A high-elastane nylon or recycled-nylon blend with strong recovery, combined with zone-mapped seamless knitting or engineered panels. Compression is a function of fabric power and construction together, not fabric alone — we develop and fit-test it rather than assume it.
03What is the minimum order for compression wear?
Stock from 100 pieces per style; custom development from 300 to 500, matched to the knitting or cut-and-sew route the compression level requires.
04How do I choose a compression clothing manufacturer?
Ask for data: fabric power and recovery figures, how compression is graded by panel and size, and stretch and recovery results before and after washing. Ask to see a previous compression style with its test report, and whether knitting or bonding is done in-house. A manufacturer who describes compression only in adjectives is not measuring it.
