Sports bras are the part of an activewear range where a supplier's website is hardest to read: cup construction, band elastics, size runs and support levels are easy to list and hard to evidence. This page sets out what sports-bra makers with production in mainland China publish about themselves, in their own words, and what public certificate databases could confirm on 25 September 2026. Nothing here is scored; the first row is the publisher's own entry, written to the same columns.

- Published sports-bra minimums in this set run from price tiers starting at 10 pieces on stock styles [24] to 2,500–5,000 pieces, depending on design, at a Shantou lingerie maker [20]; five of the companies publish no sports-bra figure on the pages we opened.
- None of the three companies here that claim OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 prints a certificate number in its page text, and OEKO-TEX's Label Check can only be searched by number [5].
- In a University of Portsmouth study of 98 sports bras, 69 per cent of those marketed as high support measured in the top third for reducing breast movement, so a support label is a claim to test [1].
- Regina Miracle, a Hong Kong-listed bra and sportswear maker, reported that its Vietnam base produced 83 per cent of revenue in the year to 31 March 2026, so ask where each style will be sewn [29].
What was checked, and how
Every entry is drawn from pages the company publishes itself, read on 25 September 2026. Mid-size companies qualified if their own site presents sports bras among its main products and gives a mainland China location; marketplace storefronts did not count, and sites that refused our tools were dropped rather than filled in from directories. The method is the one used in our wider list of activewear manufacturers in China.
Three large Hong Kong-headquartered bra and intimate-apparel groups with production sites in mainland China are included because buyers meet them in the same searches; only one names sports bras on the pages we opened.
Certificate claims were checked in public databases where that was possible; where a check could not be made, the tables say why.
We did not visit, audit or order from any company. The first row is the publisher's own entry; after it, mid-size exporters are listed alphabetically, then the three large groups. Nothing is scored.

Bra construction, side by side
Ladymate is the only mid-size maker here to publish cup and band sizing [18], and Rongli the only one to count its cup-moulding and bonding machines [12]. Uga and the china-bra.com seller publish nothing on cups or bands [11][24]. Where cups are offered without saying who moulds them, ask whether they are made in-house or bought in.

What a sports bra adds to production
A sports bra's construction choices show up in how it performs. University of Portsmouth researchers tested 98 sports bras on 77 women; encapsulation style, padded cups, nylon, an adjustable underband and a high neck drop together accounted for 37.1 per cent of the variation in breast movement reduction [1]. Cup, pad and band choices belong in the performance specification, not the trim list.
The band elastic has its own test. ASTM D4964 measures the loop tension of wide or narrow elastic fabrics at set elongations, and leaves buyer and supplier to agree the test points and any laundering cycles [2]. A tech pack that gives the elastic's width but no test values leaves the band's firmness to whoever buys the elastic.
Size labels need checking on bodies. In a Portsmouth study of 45 women, the traditional tape-measure method overestimated band size and underestimated cup size, and grew less accurate as band size increased [3], so a range graded into larger sizes needs fit sessions at the top of the range. Each component is also a separate material for chemical testing. OEKO-TEX says STANDARD 100 testing covers every thread, button and accessory, puts products with direct skin contact in product class 2, and issues certificates for one year [4]; ask whether a bra certificate lists pads, elastics and fastenings or the fabric alone.
Support labels on supplier pages
Suppliers here describe support as a category: Ohsure offers "low-, medium- and high-support product directions" [10], Aika matches support to studio, gym and running customers [7], and Ladymate calls one style a "high shockproof fitness sportswear bra" [18]. None of these pages names a test behind the label.
In the Portsmouth study, breast movement reduction ranged from 36 to 74 per cent across 98 bras, and 69 per cent of those marketed as high support fell in the top third of results, above 63 per cent [1]. If a high-support claim will go on your hangtag, specify the construction features linked to performance and budget for wear trials before bulk.
Where the bras are sewn
Several companies here say production reaches beyond the published address. Ladymate has plants in Indonesia and Malaysia besides Gurao [21]; Aika says it works closely with other factories [8].
The large groups spread further. Regina Miracle's Vietnam base produced 83 per cent of revenue in the year to March 2026, with about 6,000 staff in mainland China [29]; Crystal lists intimate factories in China, Vietnam and Bangladesh [27]; Top Form's seamless knitting facility is in Thailand [32]. Ask which site will sew each style.
Certificate claims and where they can be checked
No company in this set prints a certificate number in the text of the pages we opened. Two show certificates only as images we could not read [17][14], and several list test or assessment reports beside certificates.

Write the agreed values into the tech pack so that a substitute elastic has to meet them.
What size ranges do China sports bra makers publish?
In this set only Ladymate publishes cup sizing: bands 28 to 52 and cups A to K, plus XS–6XL [18]. Aika states XXS–6XL [7]. Portsmouth researchers found tape-measure sizing overestimated band size and underestimated cup size [3], so fit-test the top of any range.
Can I check a sports bra supplier's OEKO-TEX claim myself?
Yes, with the number. Label Check searches by certificate or label number [5], and STANDARD 100 certificates are issued for one year [4]. None of the three companies here claiming OEKO-TEX prints a number in its page text, so ask for it, then match the holder, dates and listed articles to your bras.
Is the address on a supplier's website where my sports bras will be sewn?
Not necessarily. Ladymate lists plants in Indonesia and Malaysia besides Gurao [21], Aika says it works closely with other factories [8], and Regina Miracle earns most of its revenue from its Vietnam base [29]. Ask for the name and address of the site that will sew your order, and inspect that site.
Do the large bra makers publish a minimum order?
Not on the pages we opened. Regina Miracle, Crystal International and Top Form publish production locations; Regina Miracle reports a sports products segment of HK$3,083.4 million in the year to March 2026 [29] and Crystal a workforce of 70,000 [27]. None states an entry quantity, so ask directly before briefing a range.
